Embark on a transformative journey with me, a year filled with self-discovery, clarity, and the pursuit of your personal joy.

Self-care is more than exercise and eating well.
Balance is more than equal time between work and your personal life.

By the end of this journey, you will have the clarity to define what self-care and balance mean to you in your life and career and take action based on that definition.

Sustainable success is an inside job, and increasing your self-awareness is the master key to achieving all you desire.

Below, you will find complimentary resources to support you and quick videos of real people sharing stories of their journey to wholeness.

I did not know anyone in the town I just moved to 😳

I moved to Annapolis, MD, right before Covid hit. I knew four people who lived in my building. My community (although small) got me through that time of isolation. I intentionally worked to build a local community online and took it offline as soon as that was an option. Maybe some of what I did can be of value to you.

Restorative Time

Restorative time is different for everyone. There is not one way to refill your pitcher. It will take various forms depending on the situation you are in at the moment. EXPAND your thinking and get to whatever speaks to you. I do.

I’m Married to Fitness and Grace

Instead of being married to her work, Sydney committed at a very young age that being physically active consistently was paramount. That philosophy has spilled into other areas of her life, guiding her to profound personal growth and bold and meaningful experiences.

Curiosity Fuels Intellectual Stimulation

I don’t know about you, but I was the kid making her parents crazy with the “Why not Mommy?” “How come, Daddy?” “Can we make it differently?” and on and on it went. I had an insatiable curiosity that drove me. What about you?

Care for Yourself as You Do Others

Pushing through is not always the answer. Grace, compassion, and walking in nature may give you what you need in that moment—reading a book, talking with a friend, taking a nap, or talking with a mental health professional. Whatever it is, give yourself what you need
