settingsJen has spent the 20+ years leading marketing and creative teams both in a small startup business environment and large corporate organizations.
Currently she is the Vice President of the Global Marketing team at Hilton, which she joined in 2019. In that short time, Jen's role has evolved, and her portfolio has expanded rapidly due in large part to the swift changes necessary for Hilton to take due to the pandemic. She leads a large, newly integrated team that includes strategic planning, consumer insights, performance, content marketing and operations and the in-house creative studio.
Prior to Hilton, Jen spent 10 years at Discovery Channel where she led the in-house creative agency and produced marketing campaigns for Discovery's portfolio of 18 brands.
Prior to that she was a partner and one of the original founders of a small media communications and production company.
Jen is active in the DC region's non-profit community, with a special focus on working with organizations that empower women and girls to thrive. She has served on the boards of the Washington Area Women's Foundation and Women in Film and Video to name a few.
She has been recognized as a Woman Who Means Business from the Washington Business Journal and a Woman of Vision from Women in Film and Video.
She has 25 nieces and nephews and relishes her role as an aunt to the next gen. Outside of work, you can find Jen in the great outdoors kayaking, skiing, hiking, or soaking up art and culture in a museum, or one of our great local music or theatrical venues.
