What a year this has been here on Notable Leaders Radio. Amazing guests that really opened up to share their personal story of what made them the success they are today. Can’t believe this is the final episode for the year 2021.
When I began Notable Leaders’ Radio, I knew I wanted successful people to pull the curtain back and share the moments that made them who they are today. What they overcame, innovated, internal blocks they moved beyond, and the list goes on.
However, there is one point that jumps out of every single episode we produced this year, which is, each guest in their own way, in their own time gave themselves permission to honor themselves, be true to who they are rather than being a clone of another...and it was in that moment that their careers/businesses took off.
The guests on this podcast share the truth of what brought them success rather than what others see from the outside looking in.
In this episode I share a few of the learnings I received from a couple of the amazing podcast guests. I wanted to share all of the gifts I collected from each guest over the year but my producer reminded me if I did that, we’d be here until next June because there were so many gifts shared in each episode - and they thought that was too long.
