In today’s episode I sit down with executive coach and founder of Over the Wall Coaching, Beverly Wallace. Beverly is a certified executive coach for forward thinking leaders and has led executive and leadership development for global and Fortune 500 companies. She brings various coaching and assessment certifications into the work that she does with leaders all across the nation, such as brain-based coaching, learning agility, emotional intelligence, change management, to name but a few. Beverly Wallace is a certified executive coach for forward-thinking leaders and is the founder of Over the Wall Coaching.

Before she was an executive coach, Beverly led executive and leadership development for global companies, including in a Fortune 50 company and in nonprofit and private organizations.

Although Beverly is currently located on the east coast, she is originally from Southern California, and coaches, leaders on both coasts and in between.

She holds various coaching and assessment certifications including in

    - and with the International Coaching Federation.
